Lead Optical Dispenser

As the Practice Manager / Lead Optical Dispenser, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and fitting glasses, selecting and occasional edging optical lenses into frames and providing exceptional customer service. Your managerial skills will ensure ongoing collaboration between members of our team and you will ensure accurate dispensing of prescriptions while helping customers find the perfect eyewear that meets their needs and preferences.

**Qualifications**
- Optical dispensing qualification is highly preferred
- Ability to assist customers in selecting suitable optical frames
- Previous experience and/or an interest in edging and fitting lenses into frames
- Able to display and highly experienced in providing excellent customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Maintain all appropriate documentation, patient and customer records
- Assist in inventory management to ensure correct stock levels
- Support the company's growth by identifying and maximising sales opportunities and proactively promoting products / services to customers
- Administrative support in business operations

Salary will be commensurate with your level of experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $51,737.15 - $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 7.5 per week
