Your part in our Blue Care team

As the Management Administration Support role is to assist the Operations Manager in set region to contribute to the operational objectives of the workplace by performing a range of administrative and program functions to support the Operations Manager. You will:

- Manage the diary, meetings, travel and logistics planning for the Operations Manager and in alignment to the Residential Leadership Team;
- Provide professional first point of contact/reception services to internal and external stakeholders;
- Prepare meeting papers, agendas, records and produce minutes of meetings, review supporting documentation and identify and take action on items arising from meeting;
- Contribute to event and workshop planning including logistics and catering;
- Contribute to HR and operational processes as directed by the Operations Manager.
- Conduct research and sourcing information as requested by Operations Manager. o Application and support document maintenance including but not limited to SharePoint, Public Drive, and distribution lists.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of services within scope of role.
- Operate as part of the regional team by delivering timely, effective and efficient administrative support.
- Provide a range of administrative activities which require a degree of judgement, initiative, confidentiality and sensitivity in the performance of work and which directly support the outcomes of the team.

- Qualifications, skills and experience in Administration or Business is not essential but highly desirable.
