Your role as a Business Trainee in Customer Service is to provide a professional, courteous, and positive experience for customers as a first point of contact. You will be highly organized, motivated and have a ‘can-do’ attitude with basic experience in Microsoft Office Applications and the ability to communicate at all levels.

Being an integral part of the admin team, you will be providing essential administrative support to the Office Manager. This includes filing, data entry, spreadsheet management, assisting with enquiries and general reception and sales support. You will also assist with invoicing, producing customer quotations and orders, along with ADHOC duties as directed by the Office Manager.
