The Brighton Hotel is looking for an experienced kitchen hand, who has weekend availability to join our kitchen team.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Weekend and evening availability.
- A good attitude and ability to take direction.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in a similar venue is preferable.
