- Level 3/4: $57,664 - $73,508 plus 17% superannuation
Facilities Management Landscape team manages multiple UOW campuses across Wollongong. The team maintains high quality sporting fields, lawns and open spaces, extensive garden areas, paved surfaces, creeks and ponds, 6000 trees, remnant bushland and fauna and habitat.
An opportunity exists for a trades qualified Arborist to join the team responsible for creating and maintaining one of the greenest and most naturally beautiful campus landscapes in Australia.
This position will be responsible for delivering skilled, high-quality, cost-effective arboriculture and horticulture services that ensure world-class campus trees, grounds and facilities.
- Class C Drivers Licence
- Certificate III Horticulture (Arboriculture)
- Extensive trade knowledge and experience in the industry, including tree climbing, rigging and tree removal.
- Extensive experience in the operation of power equipment including not limited to chainsaws, woodchippers, stump grinders, elevated work platforms, loaders, tractors.
