**About the role**:
There is a range of tasks in a variety of contexts within this key role.

Please find attached position description with the typical duties and skills required.

The desired applicant is required to be the "face" of the Student Administration Desk for staff and students and therefore excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a team and sense of humour are a must.

The wellbeing of our students is paramount to this role, the ability to work at times in stressful situations is essential.

Attention to detail is key, we are looking for a student-focused person who is capable of working with youths Year 7-12, some with special learning needs.

**About you**:

- Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar role.
- Ability to perform a range of student support duties with a high level of administration competency
- You will demonstrate initiative, attention to detail with the ability to work in a busy office environment within a small team.
- You will be highly organised and be able to demonstrate sound judgement, confidentiality, and discretion.
- First Aid & CPR certification is a requirement of this role, should you not have this accreditation your ability to obtain this is required.

To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:

- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
