The establishment of a global delivery model, the KPMG Delivery Network for Audit (KDN Audit), will help make significant strides in all these focus areas. We envision a network of global, regional, and specialty focused delivery centers that provide standardized services to engagement teams in all member firms.

We are seeking a strong and established Leader to serve as the KDN Head of ESG Assurance (Director) to partner with global leaders to build profile, provide credibility for ESG sales pitches and develop and lead the delivery of assurance services. Through this work, you will have the opportunity to help shape a more sustainable future, as well as work with fantastic colleagues and the brightest minds in KPMG.

**Your Opportunity**

To be successful, KDN ESG Assurance aims to amplify existing investments in ESG knowledge, experience and processes to deliver best in class services across the KPMG network. The role therefore focuses on defining the strategy for the practice and subsequently leading and executing on this, as well as leading the team to build a framework and solutions that are innovative, purposeful, and fit for adoption across the network.

You will have the opportunity to shape the ESG Assurance delivery model including:

- Defining business processes that will maximise quality and provide a seamless experience for member firms
- Developing assets for use in delivery (e.g. technology, templates, frameworks) to ensure a standardised service that delivers consistency
- Partnering with local country professional practice colleagues to understand local regulatory requirements and the impact on solution deployment
- Connecting with member firms and global thought leaders to identify existing content, technologies, and other accelerators to support the service and drive consistency
- Championing the KDN Audit program and each new service and solutions
- Partnering with change and communications professionals to develop both training materials, as well as an effective member firm activation and adoption program
- Partnering with the KDN ESG Solutions Lead, KDN Solutions Lead and Global stakeholders and other key leaders to resolve major issues and concerns
- Transitioning into the ESG Assurance delivery centre team once established, shaping a new team to deliver high quality specialist support to member firms and clients

**What We Are Looking For**
- Experience delivering ESG/Sustainability Assurance engagements
- Passion for and understanding of centralization opportunities within ESG Assurance
- Experience leading, executing, and deploying projects with multiple workstreams
- Ability to work with geographically diverse teams, work through obstacles, complexity, and uncertainty to reach our collective goals
- Knowledge of KPMG's delivery centers
- Experience designing, implementing, and activating new delivery center services
- Familiarity with KPMG Clara Workflow
- As firm policy permits, willingness to travel domestically or internationally (up to 25%)
