**Your Role**

This is a Competitive Intelligence role where you will lead and contribute to the delivery of key competitor and market insights for the Australian market, synthesising key trends with internal stakeholders and in turn maximise customer and commercial outcomes.

You will help IAG optimise the value chain through robust competitive intelligence insights and performance analysis. You will build close relationships with diverse internal and external professionals. You will enjoy the challenge of continuously improving competitive intelligence reporting and insights. There will be ample opportunities to support the development of IAG strategy.

**ABOUT YOU -**
- You will have 5-7 years of experience in Finance, Business Intelligence, Business Reporting and Analysis.
- Ideally, you will have experience in general insurance with an understanding of products, pricing, and the competitive market.
- You will showcase High standards of accuracy and precision with excellent organisational skills.
- You will have the ability to communicate data-driven recommendations in a concise manner to a wide audience, in terms of both organizational level and analytical sophistication.
- You are determined and will successfully lead and motivate specialist teams.
- You are comfortable managing key relationships to influence positive business outcomes.
- You have exceptional communication skills and can adapt style to different audiences.
