**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Support**: Assist with the setup and operation of machinery and equipment, ensuring smooth production processes.
- **Material Handling**: Load and unload materials, organize stock, and ensure supplies are readily available.
- **Assembly Work**: Participate in assembly line tasks, including sorting, packing, and labeling products to meet production standards.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect products for quality and report any defects or issues to the supervisor.
- **Maintenance**: Keep machines, tools, and work areas clean and well-maintained.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Handle phone inquiries from suppliers, customers, and internal departments, providing accurate information or redirecting calls as necessary.
- Assist with data entry tasks, updating inventory records, production logs, and other factory-related documentation using basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office, ERP systems).
- Prepare and distribute reports, work orders, and other documents as required.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in tracking inventory levels, conducting stock counts, and reporting any discrepancies.
- **Communication**: Act as a liaison between the factory floor and management, ensuring clear communication of production updates, issues, and other important information.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow and promote safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- **Ad-Hoc Duties**: Perform additional tasks as directed by the supervisor or management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle phone inquiries professionally.
- **Computer Proficiency**: Strong computer skills, including familiarity with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel) and experience with data entry.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy in all tasks, including data entry and quality control.
- **Physical Fitness**: Capable of performing physically demanding tasks, such as lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot minor issues and escalate problems as needed.
- **Team Player**: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with others.
- **Previous Experience**: Experience in a factory or warehouse environment, as well as previous administrative experience, is preferred but not required.
