**Who will you be working for?**

This particular client is offering an attractive role for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional based in Woodhill. Reporting to the Director and General Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring that all customers have an exceptional journey.

This newly created role is in response to the growth within the division based on a large pipeline for 2023, 2024 & 2025 with responsibilities to nurture leads by prospecting, servicing and engaging with inquiries to sell prospective clients who are looking at purchasing new homes. You will also be responsibile for social media and be required to network where and when possible.

**About you**:

- Previous experience in new homes sales - highly advantageous.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a sales role in similar industry.
- A professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities.
- A strong work ethic, resilience and a positive attitude to professional development. Alongside well-developed organisational and client management capabilities.
- Availability to work on weekends as well as full driver’s license as occasional travel is expected & full Australian working rights.

**The role**:

- Take ownership of the sales process for prospects and clients.
- Set up the open homes or display homes including stocking up of marketing material, marketing collateral and ensuring homes are in working order displayed in best fashion.
- Lead generation, qualify customers, conduct sales presentations, guided walk throughs of our display homes demonstrating products, pricing and systems.
- Follow up sales leads generated from Referrals, REA, Domain, Website, display centres or any other means and provide feedback on the leads.
