**About Your Role**

As part of our Vehicles and Tactical Systems business, our Protected Vehicles team is primarily focused on the design, manufacture, delivery and support of protected mobility vehicles on a global scale. We are very proud of everything we do in support of both the Bushmaster and Hawkei platforms as we all work together towards our Purpose in Building A Future We Can All Trust.

We look forward to you joining the team at our Brisbane, Eagle Farm location as you will work as a part of our passionate team of experienced professionals that are all focused on our purpose. As a Receptionist / Administrator, you will be the first point of contact and represents the ‘public face’ of Thales Eagle Farm office. You will be assisting the Facilities Manager in delivering administrative efficiency and customer service functions to the services & support delivery teams, internal and external customers.

**How About You?**
- Proven experience as a Receptionist/Administrator with a high-level of interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
- Excellent facilitation and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of HSE requirements within the workplace.

**Good to know**
