Kitchen Showroom Sales Consultant

We currently have a vacancy for a kitchen salesperson to join our Highlands Selection Centre showroom based in Mittagong. You will be part of a high-performing, well-established team of sales professionals helping customers design the dream kitchen for their build or renovation.

You need to be a motivated and well-organized individual who has strong sales and service skills, developing relationships with customers as you guide them through the journey of purchasing.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- developing relationships with new and existing customers to help them realise their design needs
- processing sales efficiently and accurately including working with suppliers and freight logistics
- timely follow ups with customer enquiries, quotations orders for both trade and retail customers
- accurately complete administrative duties relating to your sales
- assist with product planning and placement in the kitchen showroom

**Requirements**:

- Sales experience in kitchen industry preferred with strong understanding of kitchen design.
- High-level communication and design skills, using our computer design software (training supplied).
- Consult customers in our showroom or in their homes, guiding them them through the design process.
- Motivated and sales drive to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Customer service driven to meet/exceed customers expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
