**What does success look like in this role?**
- You will build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
- Develop and implement an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice.
- Document children’s learning and development.
- Actively working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

**The things we really need in this role look like**:

- Diploma in Children's Services, Bachelor of Early (or working towards).
- Prior experience in long day-care.
- Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.

**Some Mandatory Requirements that you will need for this role are**:

- Current First Aid Certificate HLTAID 012 (previous 004)
- Current CPR HLTAID 001
- Current Working with Children's Check Card
- You will be requested to undertake a pre employment medical check

- Complete a National Police Check completed via City of Port Phillip’s Provider.
- Evidence of a Working with Children Check (employee type with City of Port Phillip registered as the organisation).
