Warehouse Picker and Packer

V W Rugs is a successful, fast-growing privately-owned company involved in the importation and wholesale distribution of excellent quality rugs and home furnishing products throughout Australia. We offer our products to various retailers, businesses, furniture stores and to most of the major online retailers and marketplaces.

We are currently looking for a dedicated and self-motivated warehouse staff who can pick and pack the orders and make it ready for courier company to collect.

This role is full time/casual for 5 Days a week from 9am - 5pm. Perfect for family person as it does not require late shift work or odd hours.

The role focuses on Drop Shipping, eCommerce, Marketplaces, and Social Media Marketing, with key responsibilities including:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Recording online orders across various data bases.
- Finding the stock within warehouse and make it ready for dispatch.
- Book the courier labels via various booking platforms and generate labels.
- Attach labels to items and make it ready for collection by the courier companies.
- Stock management
- Updated daily stock balance to dropship partners.
- Maintaining the showroom and perform sales person role for any walk-in customers.
- Container receiving, unloading the goods and arranging on shelves.
- Answering phone calls and assisting customers with their inquiry.
- Work location Miranda and Campbelltown

Skills & Capabilities
- Basic knowledge of computers including Outlook, Microsfot Excel, Word etc.
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and self-manage
- Able to work under pressure and adhere deadlines
