- Excellent communication, high empathy and caring interpersonal skills
- Excellent team colleague that enjoys working with like-minded people in the care sector
- Strong skills in time management, prioritization, interacting with others and organised.
- Certificate in Aged Care preferrable or similar tertiary studies
- Proactive and measured attitude to identifying & preventing safety hazards in the workplace.
- Adopt a safety-first approach to daily tasks and supporting colleagues at all times.
