**Enterprise & Training Company Limited (ETC)** are looking for a passionate, committed, and engaging **Youth Workshop Facilitator** in our** Gympie and Maryborough office**.** You will be working in the **Transition to Work (TTW) Program**, which provides support and coaching to youth (age 15-24) to develop the skills needed to move towards obtaining sustainable employment or training outcomes.

This is a **Full-Time Fixed-Term role** covering a period of Maternity Leave to April 2025.

As a **Youth Workshop Facilitator** you will provide intensive pre-employment support to improve the work readiness of young people. You will be developing resources, facilitating group and individual workshops, coaching individuals and connecting them with employment or training opportunities.

ETC offer in-depth training, so while previous experience in Employment Services is a bonus, it isn't a prerequisite for the role, but there are some essential requirements, which are:

- Exceptional communication skills and a high level of computer literacy
- Forward planner and highly organised
- Creativity to be able to design and put together fun and interactive Hang-Out workshops for disengaged youth
- Positive, fun and youth at heart to be able to engage with youth and see things from their perspective
- A recent, clear National Police Check
- A current Working with Children Check / QLD Blue Card
- Current Driver’s Licence and the ability to travel between different ETC sites
