Our unique range of services include; Family Health & Wellbeing, Childhood Development, Education & Support, Early Intervention Therapy Services, NDIS Support Coordination and Plan Management, Homelessness Support, Counselling Services, assistance to support victims of trauma, assault and violent crimes and Bushfire Recovery Support Services.

**About The Role**

Due to continued growth and transformation, Windermere is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated **Lifespan** Dietician** to join a highly skilled and dedicated team of allied health professionals within a transdisciplinary setting, to provide comprehensive nutrition and dietetic services to adults with a range of complex disabilities.

Your core focus will include:

- Managing a clinical workload and undertake a range of formal and informal nutrition assessments, implementation and evaluation within a multidisciplinary setting
- Working in partnership with families in their natural environment to promote the most appropriate nutrition and dietetic services
- Work in collaboration with and provide high level nutrition advice to Allied Health practitioners and educators within the Early Intervention and Therapy Services (EITS) team
- Advocate for holistic nutrition services with and for consumers.
- Work flexibly and be adaptive to a changing environment.
- Utilise a range of formal and informal assessment tools appropriate to the consumer and their care supports.
- Continual and specific planning and evaluation of the effectiveness of programs.

This is a **Part time position** in which Windermere has developed a hybrid model of service delivery that can include working from home via telehealth, in natural settings, home environment and meeting with consumers within our offices in Berwick, Cranbourne and Pakenham.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**About You**:

- You will be tertiary qualified in Nutrition and Dietetics and hold a current registration with Dieticians Association of Australia
- You will have demonstrated knowledge and experience in assessing Adults with a variety of clinical and developmental needs and working collaboratively with Allied Health professionals in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Your infectious energy and positivity will be integral to building trusting working relationships with both children and families.
- You appreciate continuous quality improvement and thrive in an environment which provides you with the opportunity to work autonomously as well as part of a high performing team.
- Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time in a fast paced, complex service environment
- Current Victorian Drivers’ License
- Willingness to undertake relevant pre-employment screening and checks
