**ONLINE ASSISTANT- FOOTSCRAY LOCATION**

**The Responsibilities**
Based at our Footscray warehouse, you will assist the Online team by providing stock management, fulfilling online orders, quality checking, and general administration relating to the Online store for both Nine West and Dune London. Your role will include, but will not be limited to:

- Stock management
- Pick and packing orders
- Liaising with internal and external contacts
- Preparation of customer orders, including quality checking product
- General administrative duties

**Your skills and experience**
- Previous experience in a pick and pack role or similar position is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move throughout the workday
