We are seeking an experienced, suitably qualified, and committed person to fulfill the role of **People Manager **within our organisation. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary service team to manage and deliver efficient, innovative, and considered guidance around staff matters and advice to the organisation, and to our service team.

**What will you do?**

As the People manager will be responsible:

- Roaster coordination for all our staff members
- Staff induction - Bringing them onboard and guide them over the first few days of their job
- Staff training - Assign and track the required training to staff members.
- Supervision, and relevant service management tasks, which may include in-home support and quality and compliance across Wellcare Australia in ACT. You will be responsible to ensure that the staff members are equipped with all the necessary tools to provide the best service to our participants.

The successful applicant must meet the following requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in HR Management, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree
- At least three (3) years’ experience in a similar environment or other related area, such as service management, house management and people management.
- Demonstrated experience working with employees falling under the SCHADS award.
- Willingness to embrace organisational challenges and changes, with an optimistic and determined approach.
- Experience dealing with workplace conflict and mediation.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure and with mínimal supervision.

**NOTE**: Applicants must obtain a Working with Vulnerable People clearance through the Office of Regulatory Services (ACT) and undergo a National Criminal History Check prior to an offer of employment. Applicants must also hold a Covid19 Vaccination certificate prior to employment.

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
