Owned by multinational developer, Far East Consortium, The Ritz-Carlton, Perth is a prominent anchor point within Perth’s Elizabeth Quay development. - Assist with the recruitment process.
- Assist with the coordination and administration of employee training.
- Create and maintain new employee personnel file.
- Assist onboarding process for new starters.
- Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines.
- Inform Human Resources management of issues related to employee relations within the division or property.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files (e.g., interview documents, personal details).
- Coordinate Marriott TAKECARE program.
- Assist with payroll duties.

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in similar industry in the field of human resources
- Very strong administration skills
- Unrestricted working rights for Australia
