The award winning culinary school ICE (The Institute of Culinary Excellence) is seeking a talented, highly motivated and inspirational teacher for their newly formed 'ICE International Culinary School'. For the past 9 years, ICE have been well known for their domestic training of apprentice chefs and qualified chefs in Brisbane, but the time has come to take on a new, full time teacher for their growing international school. Our highly successful teaching team, which includes the VET Queensland Trainer of the Year and other very passionate culinary teachers, are looking for another skilled and experienced trainer to join them on their mission each day to transform lives with food.

The position is full time, Monday to Friday and based in Coorparoo. The applicant must be experienced in teaching international students and must be able to be self
- managed, task orientated, and highly organised along with being patient with students. They must be versatile, as they will be asked to do myriad of tasks at ICE and they must be willing to work as part of a dedicated and highly successful team of professionals.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coorparoo, QLD 4151: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 2 years (required)
- Cookery: 5 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (required)
- TAE Certificate IV Training and Assessment (required)
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher) (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (required)
