A full-time, permanent opportunity based in Brisbane is available for an **experienced** Engineering Manager, with a specialisation in **civil, water, dams or mine closure**. If you are a person that wants to make an impact on our society supporting our Engineering Team through delivering timely outcomes to our clients through efficient and innovative solutions don't look further.
As the **Engineering Manager,** you will demonstrate a clear and concise communication style and possess the ability to build effective working relationships both internally and externally. You will take ownership and be responsible for the engineering management of the full life cycle of projects from planning and design through to construction.
- Provide leadership to, and coordinate the efforts of design teams
- Manage client interface
- Develop the engineering budget, schedule and scope for projects and maintain an effective change management system.
- Develop the engineering work packages (EWPs) for all deliverables and time-based functions.
- Regularly review and appraise the structure of the engineering project team in terms of its ability, and institute appropriate changes.
- Direct and review the engineering activities to ensure that work quality is satisfactory and appropriate technical personnel development programs are conducted
