**About the role**

Cyber Security support this mission by helping to protect Rio Tinto’s Digital Assets (including Industrial Control Systems) to a level of confidentiality, integrity and availability commensurate with the threat to those assets and their value to Rio Tinto.

This role reports to the **Manager Cyber Security Operations Centre** within our global **Cyber Security team**.

**Your accountabilities**:

- Responsible for setting up new relationships and establishing, curating and managing intelligence feeds and sources from internal and external sources
- Liaise with intelligence sources (incl. government) and trusted sharing groups
- Responsible for building and managing threat intelligence systems to deliver actionable intelligence for consumption by Rio Tinto product groups and functions, Cyber Security and CSOC
- Perform cyber threat analysis, alerting and reporting based on intelligence gathered from both internal and external sources
- Act as a key resource and internal expert on the cyber threat landscape
- Prepare written reports and give presentations to internal management stakeholders and external partners
- Maintain and improve Rio Tinto’s defensive cyber deception program
- Rapidly respond to high severity incidents to bring business back to normal

**What you’ll bring**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience in information security, network security and cyber threat intelligence
- Experienced at setting up and/ leading incident response processes within large organisations
- Experienced in presenting training and security briefings
- Established relationships with trusted sharing groups
