**Remuneration**: Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $116,211 to $128,061 plus super and leave loading
**Location**: Parramatta with the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement, including work-from-home options (35-hour week)

**About You/ Role**

If so, we are creating a talent pool for future temporary and ongoing opportunities as a Lead, School Recruitment, and Placement in the School Workforce directorate. Be a critical part of supporting recruitment for teachers and support staff across NSW public schools.

In this role, you will lead and manage a team responsible for delivering accurate and targeted outcomes in end-to-end recruitment. Your focus will be on optimising business outcomes, providing exemplary customer service, and offering specialist advice. Additionally, you will inspire and mentor team members to excel in their roles and deal with various challenges, all while working in a constantly changing environment.

**Key knowledge and experience**
- Relevant experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
- Awareness of the NSW Department of Education’s Strategic Plan.
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
