We are a friendly well established wholesaler to the apparel industry supplying both major and boutique customers throughout Australia. We are seeking an experienced person in accounts to join our small and enthusiastic team in Hawthorn.

Hours worked are flexible and would be approximately 15 hours per week.

The role includes
- Manage the accounts receivable function
- Bank reconciliations
- Other tasks as requested by the accountant

- Operates with production offshore and a 3rd party warehouse in Melbourne
- Is willing to adopt technology to make operations smooth and efficient
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Have their own laptop
- A tertiary qualification
- A positive and mature attitude to work
- MYOB experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
