We are an established timber flooring importer with an extensive range of engineered, laminate, hybrid flooring and flooring accessories. Our showroom located in Auburn, displays a wide range of flooring products with an emphasis on comfortable quality living and home improvement.

We are looking for an experienced BDM to join their team. It is essential that you have a proven background in sales, customer service and are highly self-motivated. Previous flooring sales experience is preferred. We are looking for a highly motivated BDM to promote their brand to the building trade and retail customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
▪ Promote the company's brand to the building trade by initiating and conducting cold calls to builders and architects.

▪ Market the company's products to retail customers, demonstrating knowledge and expertise in flooring solutions.

▪ Generate quotes for customers based on floor plans and effectively close sales.

▪ Schedule appointments with clients and diligently follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

▪ Identify potential customers through networking, cold calling, and industry research to expand the company's client base and boost sales.

**Skills & Requirements**:
▪ Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

▪ Ability to negotiate effectively with customers to achieve favourable outcomes for both parties.

▪ Demonstrated ability to set and achieve individual sales targets.

▪

Capability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines.

▪ Prior knowledge of flooring installation techniques is preferred.

▪ Proficiency in digital marketing techniques would be highly advantageous.

▪ Driver's License is required.
