**Responsibilities**:

- l Recording financial transactions accurately and efficiently using company business information system or spreadsheets.
- l Reconcile entries, transactions and accounts by comparing business system to financial records, and to bank statements, and also proactively resolving any discrepancies.
- l Maintain and update consumer’s accounts payable and receivable records, including issuing invoices, processing payments, and following up on outstanding payments.
- l Processing overall consumer account cross-check weekly and at the end of the month.
- l Processing client’s monthly statements, cross checking the income and expenditure items.
- l Organize and maintain financial files and documents in a systematic and accessible manner for consumers.
- l Responsible for consumer’s general accounting functions, including data entry, filling, update in the system, document preparation, collection of reimbursement.
- l Communicate with consumers and suppliers

**Requirements**:

- l Diploma or Cert IV in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance.
- l Proven experience as a bookkeeper, accounting clerk, or similar role is desirable.
- l Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- l Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel for data entry and basic financial calculations.
- l Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- l Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- l Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and provide assistance when needed.
- l Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity.
- l Familiarity with payroll processing and knowledge of relevant tax regulations is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
