Seed Sales Representative

**The Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for a driven individual in the agricultural field to join AGF Seeds as a Seed Sales Representative. We're seeking someone who is passionate about advocating for our products across diverse farming industries, including livestock, crop, dairy, horticulture, and a wide range of farming methods. As a member of our Sales and Marketing team, you'll work alongside research and development experts, marketing specialists, and other product specialists to create innovative solutions that cater to producers' needs, enhance farming systems, and boost profitability for clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Servicing and managing of an existing customer base
- Seek out business growth opportunities with existing AGF Seeds customers and new customers.
- Turn your customers into advocates of AGF Seeds and its products by delivering great value
- Attending stores and industry days to engage with farmers, ag retail reps, and agronomists
- Be a source of knowledge on seed products for stores, agronomists, and farmers in your territory (we can help you develop this skill)
- Work with our admin and operations team to ensure orders are filled and timelines clearly communicated to our customers

**What will make you successful**
- Strong relationship skills
- Experience working in sales in the agricultural retail industry
- Willingness to travel to ensure an in-store presence with key customers and at industry days
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to different stakeholders.
- Confidence to identify, research, contact, and show value to new leads
- Team player and collaborator.
- A current driver’s license.
