**About the role**

Fujitsu is participating in a program of work to develop a Cloud Capability at a secure level for our Government client. The initial engagement is a 3-month, Agile project to prove the capability to a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) level. Proving the MVP is expected to lead to a 12-18 month program of work. The project will leverage the SAFe Agile methodology, which emphasises collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivering value.
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join the project. As a Product Owner, you'll be responsible for guiding the development of the products and ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers. You'll work closely with the development team to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality software that meets our customers' needs.

**About you**
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback and market research
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that features are implemented correctly and on time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure that product releases are successful
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps and feature backlogs
- Track and analyze product performance metrics to inform future product development decisions
- Communicate with stakeholders and customers to gather feedback and incorporate it into product development decisions.

**Experience and Skills Required**:

- NV1 or NV2 security clearance.
- Ideally a background in Defence or Federal Government at a SFIA level 6.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
- Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle.
