**How will you make an impact?**

**Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to**:

- Verify the quality of components and products within delivery times, including troubleshooting, recording, and maintaining relevant test data for verification to the standards.
- Complete incoming Quality Control on components
- Warranty assessment of returned items
- Repair of electronic components and devices
- Complete product factory acceptance testing and preparation for packing/dispatch
- Completion of quality control documentation of component and product testing
- Assist in quality assessment of factory issues to the 8 step methodology
- Completion of NCR’s and assessing with suppliers to required standards of completion
- Develop the Quality Assurance systems that will enhance and maintain products to meet quality specifications and standards
- Drive continuous improvement with feedback on product and service performance
- Creating and maintaining product and process documentation for process lines
- Training of new production team members on correct assembly and FAT procedures and techniques
- Raising potential risks to product quality or compliance to leadership
- As required, develop deviation plans and root cause fixes with other functional team members
- Ensuring deployment and compliance of Quality and Regulatory processes and practices for the business.
- Implementation of quality assurances practices, process controls, and Corrective and Preventive Action activities.
- Supporting and approving investigations, deviations, change controls, validation protocols, validation reports, Operations SOP’s, and in-process controls.
- Supporting vigilance activities, including implementing and monitoring recalls and field actions.
- Recommending process changes to improve the Value Stream performance and regulatory compliance.
- Support of the introduction of new productions through quality assurance assessments, PFMEA and documentation creation for new processes.
- Other related tasks as assigned by Management.

**What you will bring to the team**:

- Minimum Electronics Technician (Certificate II) with skills in electrical and electronics troubleshooting
- 3+ years quality technician experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working within a team with broad skills and functional requirements and utilising others abilities.
- Working understanding of global regulatory and quality requirements associated with electromechanical devices such as CE, GOST, ROHS would be ideal.
- Lead Auditor certification would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 requirements and industry and manufacturing standards.
- Proven interpersonal skills and communication skills across all levels of an organisation.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meeting objectives in a results-orientated and fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable to working independently and in multidisciplinary teams, and proficient in leading projects.
- A personal dedication to high standard of work and attention to detail.
- Shows consistent initiative and determination.
- Experience in formal problem solving in a team environment.
- Experience with process instruments is desirable with experience in test and repair.
- Excellent organizational skills, planning, communication and follow up skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft programs.
