Cake & Donut Decorator

Our bakery is searching for a skilled pastry decorator to add to its growing staff. To accomplish this, you will need to be able to work with a wide variety of ingredients and be capable of fashioning them into designs that meetour expectations.

You’ll also spend some of your time on the administrative tasks that allow our bakery to function. These can include keeping display cases clean, sanitizing equipment, and helping us manage our inventory.

To do well in this role, you will need to have good manual dexterity and familiarity with the latest trends and methods in cake decorating. You should also be able to provide great customer service, as you’ll be working directly with our customers often.

Hours:
4am to 9:30

5am to 10:30
10:30 to 3:30

Decorator Responsibilities:

- Ensure that our display cases are clean, organized, and appealing
- Operate our cash register
- Answer our customers’ questions regarding their cakes
- Do your part to help us maintain inventory and keep our store clean and sanitary

Cake Decorator Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Training in pastry arts, culinary design, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent manual dexterity
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts
- Artistic and creative nature
- Excellent customer service skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $23.23 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
