Neurodiverse Playhouse Tutor for Children

**Position: Tutor for Children**

**Start Date: 01/02/2024**

Key Responsibilities:
1_. Inclusive Learning Sessions:_
- Design and conduct inclusive tutoring sessions that cater to various learning styles and sensory preferences of neurodiverse children.

2. _Play-Based Learning:_
- Integrate play-based approaches into tutoring sessions to make learning a fun and engaging experience for children.

3. _Collaborative Support:_
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, including speech therapists, music enthusiasts, and other professionals, to provide holistic support for each child.

4. _Community Connection:_
- Foster a sense of community by building positive relationships with families, caregivers, and other team members. Encourage open communication and collaboration.

5. _Empowerment Through Education:_
- Empower neurodiverse children by creating an environment that promotes exploration, expression, and personal growth.

**Qualifications**:
1. A genuine passion for working with neurodiverse children.

2. Experience in tutoring or teaching, especially in an inclusive or special education setting.

3. Creativity and adaptability to tailor tutoring sessions to meet individual needs.

4. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

5. An understanding of neurodiversity and a commitment to creating an inclusive learning space.
