**Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Officer**

**Location: Botany, NSW**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Officer to join our team and ensure the integrity of our meal production process.

**Position Overview**:
**This is primarily production floor based.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect each unit on the production line to ensure correct output and adherence to quality standards.
- Verify that all meals meet specified dietary requirements.
- Work closely with production staff to address and rectify any quality issues.
- Maintain accurate records of quality inspections and findings.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements related to food safety and quality.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement in the production process.
- Collaborate with other team members to uphold a high standard of food safety and quality assurance.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance within the fresh meal prep industry.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent understanding of dietary requirements and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work effectively on the production floor in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible availability to work the following shifts:

- Tuesday: 4pm - 10pm
- Wednesday: 10pm - 6am
- Saturday: 1pm - 10pm
- Sunday: 10pm - 6am

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
