We buy, sell and exchange a range of technology and entertainment products including mobile phones, video games, DVDs and Blu-ray movies, computers, digital electronics, TVs and monitors CeX is a unique two-way retailer that only acquires stock from trade-ins. The customer is our supplier, so great customer service skills are a must
**About the role**
CeX stores are fast paced and ever evolving to meet the needs of the people. Organisation skills are a must have, but we embrace all work styles

CeX Sales Assistants are responsible for, however not limited to the following duties:

- Primary focus on driving Buys, sales and exchanges.
- Personal drive and self-motivation in achieving store & individual sales
- Share your product knowledge with customers to build rapport and drive service excellence
- Assist customers with queries and find solutions that make a difference
- Work under the guidance and support of your line manager, to achieve store KPI's
- Effectively assist your Management team with key operational responsibilities
- Maintain store presentation standards through housekeeping and retail standards
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all time

- Energetic, outgoing and willing to learn
- Loves customer service
- Flexible with great availability - able to work Monday to Sunday including late night trade
- Fast paced and able to complete tasks thoroughly
- Great communicator who demonstrates initiative

Preferred Attributes
- Retail experience (preferred)
- Experience in a fast paced environment.
- Interest in technology (desired).
- Experience and understanding of merchandising (preferred but not necessary)

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
