Handy Person required for an A Grade commercial site

**Your new company**

A global company have an immediate requirement for an experienced Maintenance Officer / Handy Person to join their team, where you will be based on an A Grade site in Sydney's CBD.

**Your new role**

This position requires you to carry out all round general commercial maintenance where you will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, replacing lamps, painting / patching, minor plumbing, minor carpentry and other related maintenance duties.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will have previous facilities maintenance experience, good customer service skills and basic computer skills.

**What you'll get in return**

This role will be based on an A grade fixed site in Sydney's CBD, where you will receive $72,000 + super, clean working environment within an established facilities maintenance company.
