We are looking for a passionate _Floor Manager _to help lead our _Maxima Canberra_ _store in _ACT _on a full-time basis._

- Day-to-day responsibilities:_- Support the Store Manager in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer _experience_- Lead from the front; d_rive success in your store through ongoing training, _mentoring_ and providing feedback to build a highly effective _team_- E_ngage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our _values_
