Site Foreman

**The Client**:
Our client is a leader in the manufacturing and installation of shade structures, servicing the needs of businesses, schools, playgrounds, childcare facilities, and a wide range of commercial industries.

**The Role**:
They are looking for a Site Foreman to join their company and work across a range of sites in Melbourne.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

- Read from site plans and mark out pier positions
- Supervise excavator boring piers, set up footing bolts and level and concreting footings
- Installing structural steel to footing connection bolts
- Installing shade sails to structural members
- Liaising and negotiating with both clients and on-site personnel

**Skills / Experience**:

- A building/labouring background with onsite experience
- Proven exposure of supervising small teams
- A current driver’s licence and a clean driving record
- White card
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- You must be self-motivated, physically fit and keen to work
