What’s in it for you? Bupa will pay for and support you to obtain Certificate 3 in Individual Support
We currently have an opportunity to undertake one of our new Carer Traineeship roles at Bupa Aged Care Woodend. You will also have the opportunity to secure a permanent position after you are qualified.
These new roles are full time and include formal training and on-the job supports, leading to a qualification outcome in Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing).

The formal training component will be run in conjunction with a valued training partner and will involve a mix of remote based learning (online modules; videos etc.), face to face instruction and on the job assessment. All training will be designed and conducted to reflect the requirements of your new role as a Trainee Carer at Bupa.
Upon completion of the traineeship (up to one year), you may transition into a full-time Carer role within the care home.
