**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Agile process: The Scrum Master will guide the team in implementing Agile methodologies and ensure that the team follows the Scrum process. They will facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
- Remove impediments: The Scrum Master will identify and remove any obstacles that are preventing the team from achieving their goals. This includes addressing any issues that are affecting team morale, productivity, or progress.
- Facilitate communication: The Scrum Master will facilitate communication and collaboration between team members and other stakeholders. They will ensure that everyone is informed about the progress of the project and that there are no communication gaps.
- Maintain project documentation: The Scrum Master will maintain project documentation such as user stories, sprint backlogs, and sprint burndown charts. They will also ensure that all documentation is up to date and accurate.
- Manage stakeholder relationships: The Scrum Master will manage relationships with stakeholders and ensure that their needs are being met. They will also provide regular updates on the progress of the project and address any concerns or issues that stakeholders may have.
- Ensure compliance: The Scrum Master will ensure that the team is compliant with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures. They will also ensure that the team is adhering to all security and confidentiality requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- **NV1 security clearance (must have)**:

- **Must have experience working with the Scaled Agile Framework methodology**:

- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Scrum process.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
