**The Company**:
This highly successful family owned Kitchen Retailer boasts four showrooms across Melbourne with expansion plans in place. They are proud of their success and continued growth as a result of the quality products and exceptional service they provide.

**The Role**:
Working as the Showroom Manager you will be an integral part of this small and dedicated team. Your day will be varied and you will be responsible for supporting customers with their requirements, creating and finalising kitchen designs and all associated
**administration** duties. This role will include
**customer consultations**, creating
**online designs**, preparing quotes,
**finalising sales** and administration.

You will be provided
**extensive training** and ongoing support as well as an
**attractive base salary** with an
**excellent commission** potential

**The Duties**:

- Attend to the needs of all visitors to the showroom providing product information and advice
- Consult with customers to understand requirements to prepare kitchen plans according to supplied measurements
- Finalise quotes and close sales
- Attend to calls and greet customers upon arrival
- Manage various Administrative duties

**The Skills Required**:

- Strong proven experience in a similar role
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Organisational and time management skills a must
- A positive attitude and willingness to assist others
