**Job Title: Qualified Joiner**

Location: Prestons, Sydney

Type: Full-Time

We are a thriving Joinery company, offering a variety of residential and commercial joinery services. Our specialty lies in creating bespoke cabinetry designs that add value and aesthetic appeal to all types of properties. Our services span across the creation and fitting of domestic and commercial kitchens, vanities, laundry areas, entertainment and storage spaces, as well as commercial office and retail fit outs.

We have a steady stream of projects, ensuring full-time employment for our team members. At present, we're looking for a qualified Joiner to work at our workshop in Prestons and assist with installations and maintenance throughout Sydney.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reading and interpreting plans and specifications to determine materials required, dimensions, and installation procedures.
- Selecting correct materials (we work with timber, aluminium, laminate) as per plans, and preparing layouts for cutting.
- Occasional assembling prepared components to form structures and fittings ready for installation.
- Fitting onsite and ensuring attention to detail for a professional workmanship finish.
- Has own tools.

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Trade certificate in Joinery or Carpentry, or minimum of 3 years of relevant trade experience.
- Hold a Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card).
- Possession of a current Australian driver's license.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on providing top-quality workmanship.
- Strong proficiency and fluency in English.
