Fish Filleter

Kailis Bros' award winning Fish Markets is seeking the services of a Fish Filleter who is energetic, a seafood lover with strong customer service skills and exemplary personal presentation.

We are open seven days a week and have a variety of shifts available from Monday through to Sunday. The hours will be predominantly full-time.

To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate the following:

- Experience in a retail environment
- Experience in fish processing and filleting
- Attention to detail in a high pressure environment
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Possess good communication skills and have a high level of energy
- Current Police clearance
