**About the Role**

We are currently looking for an experienced casual Master

The Master will be responsible for the daily efficient operation of their vessel, whilst always maintaining excellence in safety, customer service, and reliability. The primary function of the role is the safe and secure operation and navigation of the vessel and to ensure the health and safety of all passengers and crew on board.

The Master must ensure the vessel maintains compliance with all relevant local laws and company policies and is responsible for the implementation and verification of the vessel’s Safety Management System.

If you are a strong leader, with a high standard of customer service, interpersonal and organisational skills and proven safe ship handling experience this role is for you.

- Demonstrated experience working within fast-paced environment
- Confident vessel-handling capability
- Strong leadership skills
- Sound knowledge of compliance and legislation requirements
- Successfully manage safe and secure operations
- Work harmoniously and professionally within and across teams
- Be available to work across a 7-day roster including public holidays and weekends
- Take pride in your vessel and appearance
- Proven achievement of excellence in customer service
- Excellent attention to detail

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Master less than 24m (Certificate of Competency)
- MED 3 or Higher
- Senior First Aid and CPR
- Driver’s License
- Strong communication skills
