**Job Description**:
An exciting opportunity in our Melbourne office is available for a creative and motivated **Entry Level **Façade Draftsperson to become part of the team. You will be collaborating with the best in the business, building on your specialised technical knowledge whilst working on the design of some of the most exciting projects in Australia and internationally.

The Inhabit Façade team is internationally distributed, and the team is location independent, enabling access to projects across Australasia, Asia, US and Europe from any location. We uniquely work across all stages of the project lifecycle, from the business case and advisory, to sustainability and carbon strategy, to detailed modelling, construction, and post-occupancy. This means that we have a focus on real-world results rather than the hypothetical targets seen in other parts of the industry. This role will see you working closely with other team members to carry out detail design drafting.

**This role includes**:

- Developing different façade systems for a variety of projects from commercial to multi storey residential and mixed developments
- Prepare and develop detail drawings of façade systems based on architectural sketches using AutoCAD software
- Working closely with other team members to generate concept, detailed and tender drafting packages
- Communicating regularly with design team and manager

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Certificate holder or equivalent in Building Design and drafting is ideal
- Proficiency in 2D drafting using AutoCAD, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Demonstrated experience in architectural drafting or civil/Structural drafting is an advantage but not applicable
- Knowledge of 3D design software (3D CAD, Rhino etc.) is an advantage but not applicable.
