**About the role**
We are seeking an experienced and visionary **Associate Director - Pharmacy Services** to provide high-level leadership in administration, teaching, and research within the designated Local Health Network (LHN). In this role, you will work closely with the **Director of Pharmacy Services, CALHN**, to drive excellence and innovation in pharmaceutical services, ensuring optimal health outcomes for patients through the quality use of medicines. Your expertise will support the development and implementation of forward-thinking strategies that enhance patient care and pharmacy practice.
This role will require operational management and strategic leadership of Manufacturing, Investigational Drugs, Distribution and Medication Management Automation of a large health network.
As a key leader, you will oversee the delivery of pharmacy services in line with hospital, state, and national policies, legislation, and professional standards. Additionally, you will spearhead major **state-wide and LHN-wide pharmacy projects**, ensuring strategic alignment with healthcare priorities. Your ability to lead and inspire teams, manage complex initiatives, and foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams will be critical to the success of this role. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic **Associate Director - Pharmacy Services** to lead and drive excellence in pharmacy practice, research, and administration.
