As we're growing and taking on exciting new projects, we're looking to expand the Bungalow Building Co. team. Looking for a fully qualified carpenter and carpenter apprentice to join the team.

Are you a fully qualified and experienced carpenter or carpenter apprentice looking for a full-time position?

If so, then Bungalow Building Co. might be the perfect company for you. We are a medium sized, family-owned residential building company based in Pagewood, Sydney. Passionate about building awesome homes for awesome families. We specialise in custom architectural renovations to Californian bungalows, second storey additions, rear extensions, and the occasional new build. All of our work is local, located in the suburbs of Randwick, Rosebery, Mascot and Maroubra.

**The Ideal Candiate Will Be**:

- Motivated
- Reliable
- Efficient
- Able to work unsupervised

Fully qualified and experienced carpenters to also be:

- Able to read/ interpret plans
- Capable of running a small crew

**MUST HAVES**:

- Tools
- Reliable work vehicle
- A good eye for detail
- Fully qualified and experienced carpenter - to have framing/ lockup/ fix/ decking and renovation experience
- Do you have professional carpentry experience?
- Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
- Do you hold a Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card)?
- Do you have a current Australian driver's licence?
- Have you completed a qualification in carpentry?
- How many years' experience do you have in the construction industry?

**Job Types**: Full-time, Subcontract

**Salary**: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

**Benefits**:

- Visa sponsorship

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Carpentry: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- White Card (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
