As a full-time permanent employee, you'll enjoy the stability of a 38-hour workweek, Monday to Friday between 7:30 am - 6:00 pm, with occasional weekend options.
Each shift is 7.5 hours, and we provide your roster four weeks in advance, ensuring optimal work-life balance and peace of mind.
Reporting to our supportive Area Office Supervisor, you will play a vital role in providing high-level reception duties and administrative services. Your commitment to delivering professional, caring, and friendly services to our patients, referrers, and customers will be greatly appreciated.

**Key responsibilities**:
Drive high-quality reception and contact center services.
Efficiently manage appointments for excellent customer service and clinic efficiency.
Deliver exceptional customer service and patient care.
Develop strong relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and managers.
**Key qualifications**:
Previous experience as a medical receptionist and call centre professional (desirable).
Ability to handle high call volumes with ease.
Initiative, willingness to learn, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Autonomy and ability to thrive in a team environment.
