Customised Traffic Management (CTM) is seeking a **Works Supervisor **to join our team, based at our **Brisbane **Operation.

The Operations Manager is responsible for providing the safest and highest quality service possible to CTM clients by demonstrating excellence in all aspects of the position within your area of responsibility.

A vehicle and mobile phone will be provided.
- **Role Tasks**_
- Liaise regularly with Clients to ensure all current and future needs are able to be satisfied;
- Undertake Traffic Controller performance audits and site safety audits as required;
- Maintain rosters that assist to ensure work is completed on time and in an orderly manner;
- Manage logistics involved in the allocation of staff to jobs, including considerations of travel, overtime, training shifts and regular breaks;
- Monitor, maintain and Control depot assets;
- Investigate all accidents and incidents and resolve disciplinary issues in relation to your specific area of responsibility; &
- Other Ad-Hoc tasks where required.
- **Education, Technical skills and knowledge**_
- MUST have Traffic Control Tickets (Traffic Management, Control Traffic with a Stop/Slow Bat & Traffic Management Implementation);
- Traffic Management Design (TMD) would be highly desirable or must be able to be obtained within 6 months of employment;
- Must have a current Drivers Licence;
- Working knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety as well as MUTCD Part 3 and TCASAP.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rocklea, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Australia (preferred)
