**Role Overview**:
As the Head of Creative, you will be the driving force behind the artistic direction of the brand. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will shape and elevate the brand's creative identity across various channels and touchpoints. This role requires a visionary leader who can inspire and lead a diverse team of creatives while aligning with the brand's ethos.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the creative vision for the brand, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and other creatives to deliver innovative and cohesive campaigns.
- Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from concept ideation to final execution, across multiple platforms, including digital, print, and experiential.
- Collaborate with digital, merchandising, and other departments to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual representation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor strategies to inform creative decisions.
- Manage and allocate resources efficiently to meet project timelines and budget constraints.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Creative Director, Art Director, or similar role within the fashion industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful creative campaigns for global brands.
- In-depth understanding of fashion trends, market dynamics, and consumer behaviour.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align creative efforts with business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus.
