**The Opportunity**
KBR is seeking a skilled Digital Analyst to join our dynamic team on an initial 6-month contract. In this role, you will assess new concepts against existing systems, analyse stakeholder needs end-to-end, and provide high-quality business analysis artifacts. You'll work within an Agile framework, delivering on user stories, and contributing to our digital transformation efforts, including exploring generative AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate deep dives and discover the ‘as-is’ state with stakeholders,
- Gather and translate stakeholder requirements into detailed user stories,
- Support development of automated testing and CI/CD pipelines,
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various levels and manage Agile ceremonies.
- Conducting solution demonstrations to senior management; and
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and/or innovation in both solution and process design.
**Who are you?**
As an individual, you will have sharp analytical and problem-solving skills. We are looking for a highly driven individual who is keen to learn and develop, has excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to structure/synthesise key messages. A key part of this role will rely on your ability to build strong interpersonal skills so that you can engage with and influence internal stakeholders.
You will have the following skills and experience:
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis and stakeholder facilitation,
- Strong Agile experience,
- Worked on transformation projects and identified lessons learnt from those projects that can be applied going forward
- Experience in business process modelling using software such as MS Visio, Gliffy, etc
- Proficiency in business process modeling tools (e.g., MS Visio).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with change management and UAT facilitation.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Figma, PowerApps, and Generative AI.
